PourMark is a small portable glass etcher for marking portion control marks on every glass. This machine etches a small unobtrusive mark on your own wine and beer glasses making it easy for you to control portion sizes and profits. For example: In a typical 3-inch diameter wine glass with a 5 oz. pour, pouring just 1/4-inch more will cost you an additional 20% (1 full oz.) This results in only getting 4 glasses instead of 5 glasses out of a bottle. That is 20% more cost. It adds up quickly.

Portion control also helps with guest satisfaction. What may look like a short pour to a guest can be quickly pointed out that management has marked the glasses at X oz. and the wine is poured to that mark. It's very hard to determine how much wine or beer to pour in different size and shapes of glasses. PourMark takes the guess and mystery out of portion control. This etcher is quick and easy to use — takes less than 3 seconds to etch a glass.
